Connections Coordinator (PT)

Do you love meeting new people? Are you energized by helping people connect at Constance? Do you like empowering and mobilizing volunteers? As a Connection Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our Guest Services and Next Steps ministry areas at Constance. By overseeing and developing these areas, you will help cultivate welcoming and engaging environments where people can move from first-time visitors to fully connected members within our community. You will work alongside our Community & Connections Pastor (Greg Atkins), our Adult Ministries team, as well as other staff and volunteers for 20 hours/week on average. Children's Associate (FT)

Constance is looking for a full-time Children's Ministry Associate who loves connecting kids with Jesus. Are you someone who sees the big picture and can help bring our overall vision to reality? Are you creative, have an understanding of child development, and a desire to partner with parents? Elementary Coordinator (PT)

We’re looking for an Elementary Coordinator who has a specific love for elementary-age kids and enjoys carrying out ministry from concept to reality.
