QUICKLINKS -All our weekend links in one place!

We are created to be in community with one another! In small groups, we grow as Jesus followers, deepen relationships with one another, and are spurred on to love our neighbors in word and deed.

Each small group at Constance consists of 6-12 people who meet weekly over the course of 10-week blocks led by a trained facilitator. Groups meet in homes, at Constance, or online, and some groups form around a common affinity (men, women, and young adults, for example). In any case, they are a means by which we see spiritual transformation in our lives.

Winter/Spring small groups are already underway. Fill out our interest form to be notified before our next start date.

Rooted is a 10-week small group experience designed to connect you to God, the church community, and your purpose. Together, in a group of 10-15 people, you’ll explore the Bible, engage in prayer and serve experiences, share stories, and practice rhythms essential to a healthy spiritual life. Whether you are brand new to church, or have been following God for a long time, Rooted will exercise your faith and help you discover how your unique story fits into God’s epic story in human history.

Ready to Lead a Rooted Group?

Rooted facilitators get a front row seat to see God transform lives. Rooted leaders must have graduated from Rooted and agree to our leadership commitment and volunteer agreement. Contact Greg Atkins for more information.

For those who have completed Rooted, we encourage groups to continue together and journey through our additional discipleship experiences. Through three 10-week group experiences, you will study a book of the Bible, continue to practice rhythms of discipleship, and engage in prayer and serving experiences.

Discover Jesus' life and ministry while exploring what it means to know and follow Jesus.

Study and apply the core doctrines of the Christian faith in this theology experience easy enough for everyone to understand.

Learn about the spread of the Gospel and be inspired to go and make disciples of Jesus.

Do all new small groups begin with Rooted?

Yes. Rooted introduces group members to practices and experiences that are foundational to our small group strategy, so Rooted really serves as a "primer." Plus, the Rooted experience is valuable to Christians in all stages of their faith journey.

How are groups determined?

Groups are primarily determined by availability. Upon registration, you will select a group based off your desired meeting time. In addition to that, we try to place people in groups based on common affinity or life stages.

What if I've already been through Rooted and want to join a new small group?

While we desire for Rooted groups to continue to meet to collectively build a solid foundation of biblical community and connection, there are some circumstances that necessitate a group change. To join a new small group, please contact Greg Atkins.
