We started the morning with a great breakfast and had a very good devotional about forgiveness. We continued to work on the roof and do interior work at the two properties. It’s been really warm and Miss Betty (the owner of the house we’ve been shingling) has been a blessing to work with. We’ve been able to fellowship with her and just be a listening ear. A couple of young men came to the job site and helped haul the shingles up to the roof. We heard some of her life story, and she was so thankful. In tears, she was praying that we would be blessed as much as we were blessing her. We hung ceiling fans and installed vent covers, we also continued painting on front soffits, fascia, and columns. Being with a great spiritual group has been such a blessing.
